1. Can I book restaurants for my customers directly on TravelUnited?
No, you can’t. However, you can book things to do for your customers that include activities in restaurants, such as an event, a meal or a cooking class.
2. Can I book two activities on the same day?
Yes, it is possible. A notification will appear to you, if you book two activities on the same day. Therefore, you can recheck the timing of each to make sure they don’t conflict with another. Even so, you can complete the booking till the end without making any changes.
3. What can I find under things to do; concerts, courses?
You will find diverse activities, tours of different kinds, sports matches, cruises, concert tickets, museum tickets and many more. However, it depends on the availability of the desired options.
4. Can I book different activities for each family member or group member?
No, you can’t as the number of participants entered in the search box will be counted for all activities.
5. How many activities can I add for my customers?
You can add an unlimited number of activities.
6. When I add children as participants in “Things to do”, will the number of results get affected?
It depends on the suppliers and how the system reads the activity’s details. Some of them may not appear because of child age restrictions.
