1. From where can the customer take a transfer?
It can be either from a hotel, airport, port or train station or vice versa.
2. Does the transfer company start counting the time from the moment the plane lands?
No, most transfer companies take into consideration the arrival time and the procedure that follows it, as well as the time needed to collect the luggage. Some companies monitor as well the status of flights in case of delays and postpone their arrival based on that.
3. Do you have transfers that take more than 10 passengers?
Yes, we have transfers that can take up to 54 passengers.
4. If the customer requests a transfer from the airport to a location other than the hotel, can that request be made?
No, currently you can only book a transfer from the airport or train station to a hotel. You can somehow override the system, by picking a transfer to a hotel near the address.
5. Can I book a transfer with a hotel booking without booking a flight on your website?
Yes, by entering the transport number and departure time.
6. Is transfers’ price per person or per car?
It is per car, but the system divides it on the number of adults if more than one, same goes for hotels.
