1. Can I book a flight without issuing the ticket?
With some flights that would be possible. On Travel United, you have the ability to lock flights’ prices till a certain date with the ability to issue the tickets later. 

This is how: While searching for flight results, click on the filter “lockable dates” selecting a certain date for you to issue the ticket. Then select the desired option for each sector. In the summary page, click “confirm” to go to filling the information of passengers. Afterwards, in the payment page, you can “lock and save idea”. That way, a seat and flight price will be saved under the passenger’s info, to be paid on the selected date. 
As a reminder, that won’t be possible with all flight options.

 

2. The auto selection is based on what?
It is a recommended option by the system and appears when you book more than one service. The system will automatically select an option based on specific criteria, for Transportation service it depends on ( duration, time, and price).

 

3. Can I book for a family separating the children and adults into different travel classes in the same booking? 
Unfortunately our website doesn't allow you to separate them in the same booking.

 

4. How many flights can I add in multi- flights? Can I design routes with all six freedoms? 
Yes you can add up to 8 flights with the ability to design the route however you want.

 

5. From where can I book my customer a first class flight?
First class will be displayed along with business if they are available. First, you choose business class from the search box, then by using filters you can display either business or first class. In addition, with multi fares flights, from “select fare” choose the fare with first class.

 

6. How can I serve my customers who are part of a frequent flyer program? 
You can directly add the clients’ FF number to the flight booked on Travel United in the “passengers" information tab. 

 

7. How many flight passengers can I add on Travel United? 
You can add up to 9 passengers in one booking.

 

8. How come I can’t find other transportation, like trains, buses, ferries in destinations where I know it should be?
You will always find these options at the destination whenever our suppliers provide us with this kind of transportation, also it depends on the availability at this destination according to the info you have filled in the search box.
