1. Who can see my list of favourites?
No one can see your list of favourites as they are saved directly to your username. Whenever you search for the same destination, you can find them as favourites in the filter section. You can remove any hotel or activity from the list of favourites by clicking once again on the heart shape.

 

2. How many hotels can I add in multi hotels?
You can add an unlimited number of hotels.

 

3. How many hotel guests can I add on Travel United? 
You can add up to 15 guests in one booking.

 

4. The auto-selection is based on what?
It is a recommended option by the system and will appear when you book more than one service. The system will automatically select an option based on specific criteria, for accommodation service it depends on (star rating, reviews, price and distance to center).

 

5. How can I add two hotels in the same destination?
By clicking on Multi-Hotels in hotel service you can add the same destination two times from the search box, or by using “Design your package” you can also add the same destination two times on the map.

 

6. When I use the filter “Facilities”, does that mean the rooms displayed will have this service in the price included? 
No, it depends. Some can be free and others require an extra charge.
